Beautiful fall stay surrounded by corn fields, farm stands, and changing leaves. House was well stocked and owner was very communicative. We enjoyed the yard with grill and fire pit, as well as ample room inside for our 5 adult guests.

The Reed Homestead has brought charm, warmth and comfort to our weekend stay in the Finger Lakes region. It is a destination in itself. I love the way Amy has mixed the classic and contemporary design repertoire. It’s such a beautiful and elegant historic home to spend the weekend or long vacation with friends and family. The grounds are expansive and peaceful, everything you could ask for in a picturesque countryside setting. Amy is the cordial host you would want to have on your every single Airbnb stay. She has inspired me to go back to my antiquing avocation!

The Reed Homestead was what we had hoped for and then some! The period of the home fit our wedding theme perfectly! The girls had a beautiful place to get ready and the spacious yard allowed for a family gathering the next morning. Amy was so gracious and helpful. The Reed Homestead will always hold a special place in our hearts as my daughter's wedding home.

The Reed Homestead is a very special property located in a stunningly beautiful area in Livonia, NY. The views from the house are jaw dropping beautiful and made a perfect back drop for a memorable evening party in early August. Amy, our contact at the Reed Homestead, was super helpful with party plans and with our check in process and with any questions I had during our stay. The Homestead is beautifully decorated with a kitchen to meet our every need and the beds were super comfy. 5 stars in every area!

What a wonderful home!! The pictures do not do this listing justice. We took this trip to reconnect with old friends. Looking forward to a concert and some wine tasting as well. This home allowed all of the above. We woke and spent our mornings enjoying the beautiful sunrise while having coffee outside on the meticulously groomed back lawn. Returning home after a day of wine tasting relaxing in the spacious living room, reminiscing over old times. The home was spacious and so inviting. What a great weekend from start to finish. The home was stocked with anything you could think of or need. Fresh linens clean towels... the list goes on and on. What a fantastic weekend we had!!! We cannot thank Amy enough for making our time together so memorable and so enjoying!! When we return to the area we would not even consider looking elsewhere for a place to stay!!!

The Reed Homestead was absolutely perfect for a Thanksgiving getaway. Our family of three spent a quiet few days with another family of three in this bucolic setting. All of the rooms in the house are oversized and beautifully decorated. It's filled with interesting art and period pieces dot the home. The bedrooms and baths are stocked with soft linens and the kitchen has with enough cookware to prepare an entire Thanksgiving feast. Our children, ages 9 and 10, shared a room and were happy to have a television and play area all their own. The adults enjoyed local wines by the fire with cozy blankets. Amy was the perfect host. She gave us a tour of the house and offered suggestions on everything from local restaurants to hiking. She was quick to respond and eager to make our stay as seamless as possible. We're hoping to return in the early fall to visit some wineries and hike more around the lakes. You will not regret booking a stay or holding an event at this one of a kind property. Truly a joy to visit
