Hopson Trail Runs 2026
Congratulations to Birdhouse Brewing Company on an incredible 6th Annual Hopson Trail Runs.
Reed Homestead is located right on the Birdhouse grounds, just next door to the brewery, so we had a front-row seat to the energy of the day. We’re so proud of what their staff and dedicated Hopson 5K crew accomplished — bringing together more than 600 runners, along with families, friends and supporters, for a day that filled Birdhouse and brought incredible energy throughout Honeoye.
Rochester-based professional photographer Brandon Vick, whose work often brings him to the Finger Lakes and Reed Homestead, captured not only the energy of race day, but the essence of Honeoye itself — the trails, the people, the gathering places, the small businesses and the sense of community that ties it all together.
This year’s event supported Embrace Your Sisters, a regional nonprofit providing emergency financial assistance, education and resources to people facing breast cancer throughout the Finger Lakes.
Throughout the day, runners and visitors gathered at Birdhouse Brewing Co and across Honeoye, with businesses throughout the community supporting the event and its cause. It was a wonderful example of how Honeoye comes together around outdoor recreation, local business and a cause that matters deeply to the region.
