Built in 1803, the Reed Homestead private residence is available for bookings of 2 nights or more for you to relax, unwind and get away from it all. Guests love the fresh country air, soft high count linens, tasteful decor and proximity of the homestead. We are centrally located between Honeoye and Livonia in the Finger Lakes; we are close to Canandaigua, Naples, Letchworth State Park, Geneseo, Avon and 35 minutes to downtown Rochester.
Historic charm with modern sensibilities; sleeps 8, with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The homestead is equipped with wi-fi and all the amenities to ensure you can keep connected.

We focus on rehearsal dinners, writer workshops, weekenders with a private chef option, bridal or baby showers, book clubs, family reunions and a memorable setting for bridal parties to prepare for their special day.
